About the role
- Oversee New Product Introductions (NPI) and Services initiatives
- Drive the successful launch of new services offerings, products and features, from concept to market delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Monitor key performance metrics for NPI initiatives, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in services and product management, with a focus on leading NPI initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth through NPI initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence Customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
