About the role
- Technically lead, develop, and motivate engineering teams responsible for the System Design and development of IFS Systems Applications for Bombardier and PC24 programs.
- Responsible for defining, executing the technical content by working with systems engineering team and customers.
- Participate in all phases of program development and drive high impact growth projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Sciences or Electronic Engineering Technology.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working various application areas.
- Expertise working with Aerospace standards and familiarity with DO178B/C.
- Advanced Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Sciences (WE VALUE)
- Experience working in systems definition, requirements capture, systems test procedures and reviews. (WE VALUE)
- Proven Systems engineering expertise demonstrated on programs. (WE VALUE)
- Able to identify and manage risks and opportunities with demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects (WE VALUE)
- Good communicator of vision, ideas and work requirement. Should have demonstrated transformational results (Innovation, Productivity, Technology) through cross collaboration. (WE VALUE)
