About the role

  • Play a critical role in the design, development, and validation of advanced control solutions for turbomachinery systems.
  • Deliver innovative solutions that enhance the performance, reliability, and operability of turbomachinery and related process equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on new product development, ensuring that control and operability requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for turbomachinery dynamic simulation.

Requirements

  • Turbomachinery control and operability
  • Thermodynamics calculations for turbomachinery and related process equipment
  • Turbomachinery control algorithm design
  • Modeling and dynamic simulation
  • New product development
  • Simulation tool proficiency (MATLAB/Simulink, UniSim, Aspen, etc.)
  • Industrial control systems (PLC, DCS) and relevant programming languages (Python, C)
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
