About the role
- Play a critical role in the design, development, and validation of advanced control solutions for turbomachinery systems.
- Deliver innovative solutions that enhance the performance, reliability, and operability of turbomachinery and related process equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on new product development, ensuring that control and operability requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for turbomachinery dynamic simulation.
Requirements
- Turbomachinery control and operability
- Thermodynamics calculations for turbomachinery and related process equipment
- Turbomachinery control algorithm design
- Modeling and dynamic simulation
- New product development
- Simulation tool proficiency (MATLAB/Simulink, UniSim, Aspen, etc.)
- Industrial control systems (PLC, DCS) and relevant programming languages (Python, C)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
