About the role

  • Managing building management (BMS) projects of various sizes for retailers
  • Provide support and tasking direction to project technicians and sub-contractors
  • Administrative tasks including scheduling, cost & billing forecasting, resource planning
  • Risk identification, change of order management, project handover, billing and payments
  • Subcontract quality management, progress tracking, application for payment management
  • Site engineering coordination and task management
  • Customer satisfaction management and leading assigned technical workforce

Requirements

  • Min. 3 of experience in project management in either building automation industry (BMS) in construction sector or in in the retail construction field.
  • Engineering / Management degree.
  • Thorough knowledge of Project operations and financial processes.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Project or other project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
  • English language skills are essential.
  • Category B license.
  • PMI PMP, PRINCE2 or CAPM certifications are advantage.
