  • Strong track record in sales leadership, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, strategic account management, and complex deal structuring.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
