About the role
- Assist in all Employee related activities from Hire to Retire and provide daily HR Operations support
- Support HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to organizational development and change management efforts
- Participate in performance management and learning & development programs
- Collaborate with HR leaders on strategic projects and process improvements
Requirements
- Final-semester or recently graduated bachelor's student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited institution
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Knowledge and first experience in HR Systems (HRIS): Snow, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, ZUS PUE or similar
- At least general/basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law, PPK, ZFŚS
- Advanced English proficiency (B2)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Naturally curious and a proactive problem solver, approaching tasks with a methodical and consistent mindset.
