About the role

  • Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

Requirements

  • MUST HAVES
  • - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • - 4+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
  • - Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
  • - Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • - 3+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and lean manufacturing principles.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
