About the role
- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
Requirements
- MUST HAVES
- - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- - 4+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
- - Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
- - Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.

- - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- - 3+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and lean manufacturing principles.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
