About the role
- Support and assist customers with planning/engineering, proposal preparation, and product presentations in the field of fire detection technology
- Technical and commercial evaluation of inquiries using the sales information system
- Prepare customer and competitor analyses as well as forecasts for order intake and revenue development
- Organize and conduct sales events and training sessions
- Maintain contacts with planning offices, building authorities, installers/contractors, customers, etc.
- Collaborate with inside sales, product management, marketing, purchasing, returns processing, shipping, and customer service
Requirements
- Completed qualification in electrical engineering, e.g., master technician, technician, or engineer (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in security technology and ideally several years of field sales experience
- Strong communication skills, independent and solution-oriented, analytical thinking and ability to maintain an overview in complex projects
- Driving license category B (cars/small vans) and strong willingness to travel
- Very good German and good English skills
