About the role

  • Assist in gathering and compiling data related to the leases database, property management data.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses to identify risks to the Honeywell operations.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate Managers to prepare reports and presentations, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders in English.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies impacting the real estate sector.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • University student currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, Civil Engineering or another related field. Interest in commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerBI and other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
