About the role
- Provide financial support and guidance to the business
- Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business growth and profitability
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with Project Managers and PCO/Finance teams across regions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Act as a financial advisor to department heads and senior management
- Lead, mentor, develop, and grow a dynamic, global team of finance professionals
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
