About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Honeywell Security products and solutions in North America.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Identify new market opportunities, cultivate relationships with channel partners, driving market share with end users and engaging key customers and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and drive competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Honeywell’s policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote Honeywell’s brand as a leader in innovative building automation and security solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience in building automation, security technology, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed targets within a complex, multi-state or multi-country territory.
  • Strong understanding of electronic security systems, building automation technologies, and integration solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly across North America.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Remote, but must be located in north/east US, Carolinas or north.
