About the role
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize HVAC field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians, particularly in HVAC controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site. May involve occasional travel to Honeywell sites outside of home base area.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within HVAC field service management.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and controls engineering principles.
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic tools and controls software.
- Valid drivers license and safe driving record with the ability to pas a criminal background check.
- Technical diploma Bachelor's degree in Electrical, computer science or a related field of 4 years of experience in a technical role in this industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation.
