About the role

  • Provide on-site technical and coordination support at Boeing Everett and Boeing Field
  • Support requirements development, design reviews, and verification activities
  • Oversee FCE bench operations, maintenance, and Honeywell equipment issue resolution
  • Collaborate with global teams on Flight Controls hardware/software development, verification, and certification
  • Design and implement Primary/Auto flight functions (autopilot logic, flight director, envelope protection, data processing)
  • Develop certification documents (requirements, design, and test procedures)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
  • 6 years of experience in the field of Flight Controls or related Controls
  • 6 years of experience in all aspects of the systems engineering process, from requirements analysis through verification testing
  • Advanced knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
  • Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, Python
  • Experience with data analytics with strong math skills
