About the role
- Develop embedded and application software in line with standards and agreed designs
- Execute software and system tests in line with procedures
- Support the maintenance of build and other software/electronic systems
- Produce status reports, presentations and technical reports/documents as required
- Support the team as required to achieve company objectives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Software, Computer Science, or a related field, (not aerospace engineering), that requires a yearlong industry placement in 2026
- Practical experience in software development, within: C and/or C++
- Experience in Linux and/or embedded software development
- Business level communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Can commute with ease to our Tewkesbury office
