About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build pipeline. Every day. By phone, email, LinkedIn – using the best AI tools on the market: honeysales for smart prospecting, Nooks as AI dialer, and HubSpot as the CRM backbone
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B customers, understand their challenges, and spark genuine interest
  • Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for our AEs – laying the foundation for revenue
  • Independently research target markets and accounts, find the right contacts, and proactively engage
  • Document all activities thoroughly in HubSpot – because good pipeline work requires good data
  • Work closely with AEs and marketing and continuously improve our outreach strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on outbound and pipeline generation
  • Cold calling is your thing – you pick up the phone before others even think about it
  • Experience with SaaS or tech is a plus, not a must
  • Structured, self-driven, and focused on measurable results
  • Communicative, professional, and personable – even on the 50th call of the day
  • Fluent German (native-level) and strong English
  • You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate
