About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct virtual consultations to diagnose and manage a range of dermatological conditions (e.g., acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin screenings)
- Provide evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary
- Educate patients on skincare routines, treatments, and preventative care
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up
- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records of patient interactions
- Stay current with advancements in dermatology and telemedicine best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA) license in any US state
- Certification as an PA (specializing in Dermatology strongly preferred, but not required with relevant experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dermatology or skincare-related roles
- Strong knowledge of diagnosing and treating common dermatological conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in virtual settings
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and Zoom + GSuite systems
- Passion for delivering accessible, patient-centered care
