About the role
- Partner closely with Honeydew’s VP of Operations to drive high-priority initiatives
- Own critical workflows and strengthen the systems that power our clinical and business operations
- Design processes, improve performance, streamline provider operations, and deliver measurable impact across the organization
- Map complex operational systems, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions
- Build and refine SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards
- Analyze performance data and drive accountability against KPIs
- Collaborate with product, CX, and marketing teams
Requirements
- 3+ years in management consulting or a fast-paced operations role
- Skilled at mapping complex workflows, analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing durable solutions
- Kind, thoughtful, and persuasive teammate who builds trust quickly.
- Motivated by improving access to high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
- Nice to have: Experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, or a regulated services environment.
- Nice to have: Background in process design, quality management, or operational excellence frameworks.
