About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to drive alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery of high-quality increments
Serve as an agile coach and trusted advisor to teams and stakeholders by embedding agile principles, fostering self-organization, and promoting continuous learning
Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring work is clearly defined, value-driven, and aligned to business objectives
Track and report on team performance metrics including velocity and delivery outcomes
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable follow-ups
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Support the adoption and scaling of agile practices across multiple teams and programs, contributing to organizational agile maturity and consistency
Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
Mentor junior team members
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
7+ years of experience in agile delivery roles, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master
Experience supporting engineering, data, or product teams
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks
Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams or complex programs
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience in healthcare or value-based care environments preferred
