About the role

Partner with the Market General Manager and oversee all medical operations
Provide medical leadership for various programs including diagnosis and documentation
Engage with medical group leaders to implement value-based care
Lead the Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations and/or Market Clinical Director
Handle clinical issues and escalate patient complaints
Develop relationships with external partner practices

Unrestricted MD or DO state license, including board certification
Minimum of 4 years in a medical leadership role, preferably in value-based care
Extensive knowledge in geriatrics, chronic disease management, and palliative care
Proficiency in coordinating and collaborating with various healthcare providers
Reliable access to high-speed internet
Must be able to arrange consistent travel to various work sites
Valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
