About the role
- Evaluate leads from campaigns to determine if they are ready to advance in the sales funnel;
- Provide an initial presentation of the business model;
- Schedule meetings with an expansion specialist;
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads, updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with relevant information;
- Share feedback on the quality and profile of leads generated by campaigns to help marketing adjust future strategies;
- Follow up with leads to ensure all their questions have been answered and that they are satisfied with the information provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the field
