About the role
- Monitor and support the rollout of new points of sale (POS), ensuring correct execution of the schedule and standards defined by the franchisor. Provide updates to back office teams and franchisees on the progress of the opening schedule.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and the required quality.
- Monitor critical points in the process and flag corrective actions for immediate or future resolution.
- Organize and lead alignment meetings with franchisees, facilitating clarification sessions and providing strategic support.
- Develop and refine implementation standards, processes, and methodologies.
- Participate in live sessions/webinars for franchisees.
- Propose improvements to the implementation area's internal documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with suppliers for implementations.
Requirements
- Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills, organization, and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in implementations and/or project management.
- Proactive attitude, sense of urgency, and a decisive approach in critical situations.
