Senior Product Manager, Health Tracking – Planning
Hone HealthSenior Product Manager at Hone Health supporting patients in understanding and improving their health. Collaborating with design, engineering, clinical, and data teams on health data interpretation and planning.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the roadmap for the Health Tracking & Planning team - connecting labs, clinical screeners, lifestyle trends, and other diagnostic results with each patient’s long-term goals
- Define and track KPIs tied to both engagement and clinical outcomes, with symptom improvement as a north star
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore, validate, and refine how patients interpret and act on their health data
- Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, clinical, and data teams to define, sequence, and ship improvements to how health data is surfaced and planned against
- Partner with our AI team on personalization, recommendations, and AI-driven interpretation of patient health data
- Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong experience crafting data-rich consumer applications, turning complex information into clear, actionable next steps
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, clinical, and data teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep personal interest in health, longevity, and making sense of personal health data
