Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in Quality Assurance positions
- Proven track record of meeting targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance practices and standards for customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Confident in decision-making backed by supporting evidence
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in various IT systems, especially Microsoft Excel
