About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • responsible for executing marketing and communication strategies across the European region
  • develop and execute European marketing plans in alignment with the company’s strategy
  • identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to tailor marketing initiatives
  • collaborate with local marketing teams to adapt campaigns and content for local market
  • manage the annual marketing budget for the region
  • develop and manage marketing content such as brochures and social media posts
  • manage digital presence and optimize campaigns for SEO
  • ensure all efforts align with the company’s brand identity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign development, and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft clear and compelling messages
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, social media platforms, and analytics
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing and communication strategies
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in analysing data to measure campaign performance and inform future decisions
  • Understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to tailor messaging to meet their needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience in marketing or communication roles, preferably within a multinational or regional context
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar marketing certifications are a plus
