About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, coaching, and administrative support to the Functional Recovery Support Case Management (FRSCM) team
- Oversee team operations, staffing requirements, vacation planning, and resource allocation
- Monitor team performance, service quality, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure timely scheduling, accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies
- Coordinate and oversee administrative processes related to Workers' Compensation and Return-to-Work (RTW) programs
- Conduct file audits, service reviews, and quality assurance activities
- Support program evaluation, reporting, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures, service standards, protocols, and quality assurance processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 5 years of experience in administration, case management, or a related field
- Proven leadership, team building, coaching, and mentorship skills
- Knowledge of return-to-work (RTW) planning, vocational rehabilitation, disability management, and relevant legislation
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
