Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality administrative support to Sales and Account Management teams
- Manage and respond to internal and external service requests
- Maintain and update customer records and account information in CRM systems
- Support contract administration and renewal processes across client accounts
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client-facing use
- Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
