About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to Sales and Account Management teams
  • Manage and respond to internal and external service requests
  • Maintain and update customer records and account information in CRM systems
  • Support contract administration and renewal processes across client accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
