About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to Sales and Account Management teams
  • Manage and respond to internal and external service requests
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data in CRM systems
  • Support contract administration and renewal processes
  • Prepare reports, executive summaries, and presentations
  • Distribute customer onboarding materials and reports
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless experience
  • Continuously stay informed on products and process updates
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
