About the role
- Develop high-quality, scalable Typescript code across the tech stack, creating end-to-end features in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- Integrate with EHRs and third parties by building APIs, webhooks, data pipelines to ensure data is in sync with our partners.
- Solve complex debugging, testability, and deployability challenges, bringing a pragmatic approach to technical problem-solving.
- Shape our technical roadmap, driving ongoing improvements in collaboration with our data, data engineering and product teams.
- Contribute to best practices and documentation, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
- Collaborate in code reviews, embracing feedback and learning from engineering peers.
Requirements
- 9+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience building applications end-to-end with Typescript + React + NodeJS
- You have a healthy understanding of security and PHI, especially where it interacts with HIPAA regulations.
- 2+ years of hands-on of experience in a healthcare (or regulated) setting (Nice to have)
- Prior experience or interest in GenAI tooling such as n8n, Flowise, Cursor, Co-pilot, and enterprise models like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT (Nice to have)
