Analytics Engineering
Build and maintain dbt models in our Redshift analytics environment.
Ensure our data pipelines are accurate, well-documented, and scalable.
Understand the goals of our customers and provide them with the tools to reach their operational goals through software configuration and management decisions.
Enhance the usability and feature set of our customer facing reporting suite of tools.
Investigate and resolve data-related inquiries from clients.
Partner closely with product, customer success, engineering, and leadership to understand needs and deliver insights driving product direction and improving product performance.
Contribute to a data-driven culture by making metrics accessible and actionable.

Requirements

Proficiency in SQL
Basic statistics knowledge
Experience working with data visualization or BI tools, preferably the open source Python library, Streamlit.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with a growth mindset.
Experience/familiarity with dbt, modern ETL (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience with Git (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience with Python (Nice-to-Haves)
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) (Nice-to-Haves).
