About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound calls and/or emails from tenants, vendors, and potential tenants regarding company properties, resident accounts, and resident maintenance repairs
- Determine appropriate solutions, process issues, or route them to the correct person or work group
- Provide accurate and timely assistance and document transactional activity in CRM databases or other systems
- Ensure proper call handling and follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with and communicate with internal departments, vendors, and business partners
- Assist and participate in timely problem-solving within job scope
- Place outbound calls to follow up with customers and property management regarding actionable items or additional information
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
- Attend in-person meetings and trainings as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience within an inbound call center environment required
- Experience with customer service software applications preferred
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of real estate, construction, and/or property management industry preferred
- Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office Suite required
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong relationship management, organizing, and customer service skills
- Background check required
