About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide and oversee a team to achieve operational excellence within the department
- Implement organizational systems, programs, and policies to maintain company standards
- Manage financials and performance indicators, ensuring cost-effective resource management
- Facilitate procurement and maintain vendor relationships while ensuring licensing compliance

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Technology, Business Administration, Business Management and/or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Residential Property Maintenance, Property Management, Residential Construction and/or related experience required
- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, overseeing multiple teams across different locations
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
- Knowledge of regional maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, and operational controls
- Strong workforce planning and leadership capability
- Ability to align maintenance leadership to regional needs, build bench strength, and drive performance through accountability and leader development
- Ability to drive maintenance performance toward operational and financial objectives, including service quality, turn efficiency, and budgeted NOI
- Ability to build credibility and trust with regional and district leaders while reinforcing process discipline, operational standards, and accountability
- High level of adaptability and judgment in complex, multi-market challenges
- Solid understanding of occupational safety (OSHA) required
- HVAC certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to multitask, make informed decisions, and work collaboratively
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Background check required
