About the role
- Engage with potential tenants, offering compelling insights into our housing options to encourage applications
- Skillfully negotiate lease terms and provide thorough explanations of leases and related documents to new tenants
- Performs leasing activities in accordance with applicable laws to maximize housing occupancy
- Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams to navigate applicants through the leasing journey
- Stay informed about our company’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance and up-to-date practices
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required
- A valid State Real Estate License is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required
- Outstanding communication abilities and analytical skills to solve problems effectively
- Ability to build relationships, organize tasks, and deliver top-notch customer service
