About the role

  • Manage and monitor contract deliverables, productivity expectations, and year-to-date targets across assigned programs
  • Track program performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to billing, utilization, and service delivery
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and executive team to ensure program compliance, sustainability, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with clinicians to review monthly targets, caseload progress, and workflow challenges
  • Facilitate supportive yet accountable conversations with clinicians who are falling behind targets, partnering to identify strategies and solutions
  • Build strong rapport and trust with staff while maintaining clear boundaries and role clarity
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, including workflow coordination and problem-solving
  • Facilitate monthly team meetings to: Share updates on year-to-date productivity and contract targets, Provide program updates and organizational communications, Engage staff in identifying and closing perceived gaps in billing or service delivery
  • Work closely with the Program Director to understand and operationalize program vision and priorities
  • Communicate program goals and expectations to staff in clear, accessible, and motivating ways
  • Oversee a community mental health program that provides trainings and workshops to external partners and community sites

Requirements

  • Required Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active clinical licensure or advanced associate status toward licensure (per program requirements)
  • Prior experience managing clinicians or programs within a mental health or human services setting
  • Strong understanding of productivity expectations, billing processes, and contract-driven service delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to hold accountability conversations with empathy and clarity
