Requirements
7+ years of experience in backend software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership position (Team Lead or Engineering Manager).
Experience in people management and leading remote, cross-functional teams.
Good Understanding of software development processes, including frontend and backend development, software testing, and CI/CD.
Designing and implementing software solutions.
Good understanding of the principles of building a reliable architecture.
Experience with software development tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced level of English.
