About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, events, and social media
Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and marketing requests across multiple business lines
Support community launches, inventory marketing initiatives, and event preparation
Assist with website updates, landing page edits, and marketing content uploads
Coordinate sales collateral requests and marketing deliverables for internal teams
Work with the Graphic Designer to help organize and route creative requests
Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives
Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications
Support event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional efforts
Assist with reporting, marketing organization, and administrative support as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, construction, and operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years of experience in the homebuilding or related real estate industry required
Experience in launching local communities required
Experience with top homebuilders and exposure to central strategy teams is preferred
