About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Co-own the development and maintenance of Homebound’s 8+ quarter infill growth plan, including lot acquisition targets, market expansion priorities, and sequencing
- Translate goals into market-by-market action plans across existing and new geographies
- Identify key constraints to growth and define clear initiatives to address them
- Partner with leadership to refine and evolve the infill BOOL strategy over time
- Track performance against infill acquisition targets at the market and submarket level
- Work closely with Acquisitions to improve lot sourcing outcomes
- Define and adjust market-level strategies to improve performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, or a highly analytical role with significant execution responsibility
- Experience owning complex, cross-functional projects and driving them from planning through execution
- Organized and can manage multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and can quickly move from problem identification to action
- Effective at influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Clear and concise communication skills, both in writing and in presentations to senior audiences
- Familiarity with real estate, marketplaces, or supply-constrained businesses
- Strong interest in residential real estate development and housing markets
