About the role
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce tasks
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views
- Troubleshoot data quality issues
- Own and manage operational projects end-to-end
- Document processes, create playbooks, and drive adoption of new tools
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify bottlenecks
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights
- Develop recurring and ad hoc reports
- Leverage AI tools to automate tasks
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into sales ops workflows
- Stay current on emerging tools
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
- Hands-on Salesforce experience
- Experience with MCAE (Pardot) or a comparable marketing automation platform
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Groove, or similar automation and sales engagement platforms
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Early adopter mentality
