About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Manage a mix of inbound leads and self-generated outbound opportunities
  • Execute a high-volume prospecting strategy, including 75+ outbound calls daily while effectively managing inbound demand
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with small business owners and operators
  • Partner with SDR teams to maximize conversion and pipeline creation
  • Use AI and automation tools to increase productivity, improve outreach effectiveness, and reduce administrative work
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and opportunity management
  • Act with urgency and a strong bias toward action in a high-velocity environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying Saas selling experience
  • Eager to advance through learning and adapting, you thrive on constructive feedback and are committed to continuous self-improvement.
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Proven success generating pipeline through proactive prospecting
  • Comfortable maintaining 75+ outbound dials daily alongside inbound lead management
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong hunter mentality balanced with consultative selling skills
  • High energy, resilience, competitiveness, and accountability
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve productivity and customer engagement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment
