About the role

  • Own real projects, work end-to-end across research to ship products, and leave with work you're proud to put in your portfolio
  • Partner directly with product managers and engineers to define, design, and deliver solutions that make hourly work radically easier—on both mobile and web
  • Conduct user research to identify pain points and unmet needs among our small business and hourly worker audiences

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • Experience designing user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates product thinking
