About the role

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects to advance our Operational Services (customer service)
  • Analyze and optimize complex end-to-end processes to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Design and execute User Acceptance Tests and validate new processes and features before go-live
  • Identify and assess requirements to initiate internal changes and process improvements within Operational Services
  • Take ownership of stakeholder management and act as the central interface between operational teams, management, and IT
  • Use and develop AI-based solutions to optimize workflows, automate routine tasks, and enable colleagues to use AI tools effectively

Requirements

  • Experience in project and process management, ideally in an e-commerce or customer service environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data and derive actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to organize your own work
  • A sense of ownership for your responsibilities; you proactively drive topics forward with persistence
  • Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
  • Business-fluent German and English
