About the role

  • Responsible for the growth of our Amazon marketplace business by defining and implementing a sustainable growth strategy
  • Drive the commercial success of our Amazon store by managing product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Retail Media and Amazon Ads campaigns to boost performance
  • Ensure the quality of our product detail pages to deliver excellent content and a high conversion rate
  • Manage our product catalog and ensure high-quality product data
  • Monitor operational performance, product availability, and account health on Amazon
  • Create and maintain performance reports and conduct regular business analyses
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve our marketplace operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a specialization in e‑commerce or a related field
  • Several years of experience managing Amazon marketplaces
  • Demonstrable expertise with Amazon tools such as Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented work approach
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
