About the role
- First- and second-level support for technical inquiries.
- Proactive support of internal users with IT systems.
- Ensure lifecycle management of all client systems and devices.
- IT setup and provisioning for new sales locations.
- Creation and maintenance of IT documentation.
- Close coordination with and support for the third-level team.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Google products.
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Team player with friendly communication skills and a quick grasp/fast learning ability.
- High initiative and structured way of working.
- Willingness to travel for site setups and to participate in on-call duty.
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
