About the role

  • Design and optimization of operational HR processes and services, including pre- and post-payroll processing for the home24 group in the DACH region, to ensure highest usability, quality, and efficiency
  • Lead the People Operations team with a hands-on mentality, coach team members, and promote cross-functional collaboration
  • Analyze, monitor, and continuously optimize operational HR processes and services, and drive targeted improvements in relevant HR metrics
  • Manage stakeholder and interface relationships within HR Operations to strengthen collaboration inside and outside the corporate group
  • Coordinate implementation of legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in HR processes and services
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on internal and external HR audits
  • Manage and further develop operational HR systems and vendor relationships
  • Actively drive HR digitalization and automation to increase process efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field — or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, payroll, HR systems, and labor law requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and experience optimizing HR processes and metrics
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and interface management and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
  • Passion for HR digitalization and automation; ideally experience implementing new systems and processes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Ideally, prior leadership experience
  • Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written
