About the role
- Support in the development and implementation of a comprehensive retail media strategy
- Create and optimize retail media products to drive revenue growth
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with external partners and internal departments
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and prepare insightful reports
- Streamline business processes within the retail media domain
- Acquire new advertising partners and manage existing partnerships
- Define and track KPIs to achieve goals in collaboration with various teams
Requirements
- Completed degree in e-commerce, (online) marketing, business informatics, media studies, or business administration – alternatively, 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in retail media, digital media, performance marketing, or in a client-facing agency role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- A sense of ownership and responsibility in managing your projects
- Fluent in English; German skills would be a plus
