About the role

  • Contract Management & Document Creation: You create and manage all contract documents and ensure efficient, transparent processes — from templates to continuous optimization.
  • First-Level Support: As the first point of contact for our employees, you competently answer all HR-related questions and provide practical support.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: You accompany our talents from day one and ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience so everyone feels valued.
  • HR System Administration: You maintain and manage our master data in SAP SuccessFactors and ensure all information is kept up to date.
  • Process Optimization: You drive the continuous development and digitalization/automation of our HR processes and ensure their sustainable implementation.
  • HR Projects: Whether it’s an electronic personnel file, automated document generation, or the use of AI solutions in HR — you contribute ideas and independently implement innovative projects.
  • Reference Management: You draft final and interim employment references with an eye for detail and respectful wording.
  • Sparring for HR Business Partners: You support our HR Business Partners with operational HR matters and actively contribute to efficient collaboration.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed university degree (e.g., business administration with a focus on HR, business psychology) or a comparable commercial vocational qualification.
  • You bring initial relevant professional experience in HR with a focus on contract drafting, employee support, and administrative processes.
  • Ideally, you have already worked as an HR Advisor, (Junior) HR Manager, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • You have a strong affinity for digitalization, automation, and HR technologies.
  • You have initial experience with AI solutions or a strong interest in exploring this field and identifying potential use cases.
  • You possess very good knowledge of employment law.
  • You have a conscientious, structured, and reliable way of working.
  • You have excellent service and customer orientation and preferably have experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
