About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation
Ensure accuracy of measuring windows
Implement management policies and operating practices
Inspect all aspects of projects to determine scope of work
Conduct precise measurements at each job site to confirm custom window orders
Communicate agreements between company and customer
Identify alternative courses of action and negotiate directly with customers to alter plan terms as appropriate
Analyze legal requirements related to licensing and permitting and obtain permits
Follow regulatory compliance regarding safety and health
Complete administrative tasks as needed
Assist in the warehouse to stage products for delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of Construction Management experience
1-3 years of window measurement experience
Professionalism is VERY important
Self-motivation and discipline
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Resourceful problem solving abilities
Highly evolved customer service skills
Top notch customer service skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed
