About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and hold a team of recruiters accountable to weekly/monthly hiring goals
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and specialty roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and move roles quickly
- Ensure all requisitions are actively worked and pipelines stay full
- Optimize sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive performance
- Maintain a strong, consistent candidate experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience recruiting for corporate or specialty roles (IT, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.)
- Strong sourcing experience, with the ability to proactively build pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Proven ability to lead or mentor recruiters in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Data-driven and results-oriented
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, performance-driven environment
