Sales Representative – Home Improvement Services
Home AllianceSales Representative responsible for following up with warm leads in the home improvement space. Focused on communicating effectively to convert estimates into decisions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Following up with customers after technician visits or estimates
- Managing communication via calls, SMS, and email until a clear outcome is reached
- Working with field teams to structure offers, pricing adjustments, or service alternatives
- Handling objections and increasing conversion rates
- Explaining scope of work (repairs, installations, upgrades, etc.) in a clear, confident way
- Tracking all activity in CRM
- Consistently hitting weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong sales / closing experience (follow-up-heavy roles preferred)
- Ability to work in Los Angeles timezone (PST)
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain service estimates
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously
- Experience in home services is a strong plus.
