About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns from planning to execution
- Align cross-functional teams (content, SEO, paid media, design, sales)
- Support organic growth initiatives (SEO, content, social)
- Assist with paid campaigns (Google, Meta), tracking budgets and performance
- Maintain marketing dashboards and report on KPIs (CAC, ROAS, lead volume)
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and monitor market/competitor activity
- Improve workflows and keep all initiatives organized and on track
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years in marketing coordination, growth, or operations
- Strong understanding of organic and paid channels
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Data-driven with ability to track and interpret performance
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
