About the role

  • Manage both inbound leads and outbound sourcing activities on a daily basis
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, SMS, email, and social platforms
  • Lead screening calls and clearly present the partnership model
  • Handle objections related to: Commission structure, Independence vs. stability, Legal and onboarding requirements
  • Evaluate candidates based on experience, mindset, and earning potential
  • Drive candidates through the full recruitment funnel, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and performance metrics in CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or outbound roles
  • Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections effectively
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment
  • Resilient and able to manage rejection while maintaining consistency
  • Results-driven, with a focus on conversion rather than activity
  • Competitive and performance-oriented
  • Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
  • Confident in selling complex opportunities, not just presenting them
  • Experience in blue-collar or skilled trades recruitment (preferred)
  • Experience working with independent contractors (1099 model) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and Yelp (preferred)
