Technician Partnerships Recruiter – Sales-Driven

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage both inbound leads and outbound sourcing activities on a daily basis
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, SMS, email, and social platforms
- Lead screening calls and clearly present the partnership model
- Handle objections related to: Commission structure, Independence vs. stability, Legal and onboarding requirements
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, mindset, and earning potential
- Drive candidates through the full recruitment funnel, from initial contact to onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and performance metrics in CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or outbound roles
- Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections effectively
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Resilient and able to manage rejection while maintaining consistency
- Results-driven, with a focus on conversion rather than activity
- Competitive and performance-oriented
- Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
- Confident in selling complex opportunities, not just presenting them
- Experience in blue-collar or skilled trades recruitment (preferred)
- Experience working with independent contractors (1099 model) (preferred)
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and Yelp (preferred)
